Agreement to these terms

By downloading, installing, or using RiskAlgo ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

What RiskAlgo is

RiskAlgo is a calculator and portfolio tracking tool for options, stock, and futures traders — pricing strategies, tracking portfolio risk, and keeping a trade record. It is intended for educational and informational purposes.

Not financial advice

RiskAlgo does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Nothing shown in the app — including prices, Greeks, margin estimates, probability analysis, Value-at-Risk figures, or stress test results — is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or financial instrument. All figures are theoretical estimates based on pricing models and data that may be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable, and may differ materially from real market prices or actual trading outcomes. Always consult a licensed financial advisor and confirm figures directly with your broker before making any trading decision.

Subscription terms

RiskAlgo offers an auto-renewable subscription ("RiskAlgo Pro") purchased through the App Store, with the following terms:

New subscribers receive a 6-month free trial. After the free trial ends, the subscription automatically renews at the price shown at the time of purchase (billed annually or semi-annually, depending on the plan selected), unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase (or, for the free trial, at confirmation of enrollment).
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the plan you selected.
You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time by going to your Apple ID account settings (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions) after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited if you purchase a subscription during the trial.
All payment, billing, and refund handling is managed entirely by Apple through the App Store — RiskAlgo does not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds itself. Refund requests should be made through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your data

Trades, positions, watchlist items, and settings you enter are stored locally on your device and are your own. See our Privacy Policy for full detail on what is and isn't collected.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app except as permitted by applicable law, and not to use the app for any unlawful purpose.

No warranty

RiskAlgo is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. This is an early-stage product; features may be incomplete, may change without notice, and may contain errors.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RiskAlgo and its developer(s) are not liable for any losses, damages, or trading decisions made based on information provided by the app, including but not limited to lost profits or trading losses.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will update the date at the top of this page.
