Privacy Policy

The short version

RiskAlgo is built to need as little of your data as possible. There's no account, no sign-up, and no server that stores your trades, positions, or watchlist — everything you enter into the app stays on your own device. This policy explains exactly what does and doesn't happen with your information.

What we don't collect

RiskAlgo does not require you to create an account, and does not collect your name, email address, or any other personal identifying information to use the app. We do not run analytics or tracking software inside the app, and we do not sell, rent, or share any information about you to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Data stored on your device

Your option and stock trades, portfolio positions, watchlist, price alerts, and settings are stored locally on your device only. This data is not transmitted to, or backed up on, any server we operate. If you delete the app, or its data, this information is permanently removed and cannot be recovered by us — we simply don't have a copy.

Market data

To show live and historical prices, RiskAlgo requests quotes from third-party market data providers (including Yahoo Finance) using only the ticker symbols you look up — no personal or account information is sent as part of these requests. These requests are subject to the respective provider's own terms and privacy practices, which we don't control.

Subscriptions and payment

RiskAlgo offers an auto-renewable subscription, sold and processed entirely through Apple's App Store using Apple's In-App Purchase system. We never see, receive, or store your payment card number, billing address, or other payment details — Apple handles all billing directly. Children's privacy

RiskAlgo is a financial analysis tool intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
